Carry Open Deficiencies Into Every New Inspection in Quickbase
Instead of four fixed deficiency fields, give cranes their own table, close deficiencies instead of deleting them, and add an Inspection Findings table. A Record Created pipeline adds one finding per open deficiency, and inspectors confirm them with a Still Present checkbox in grid edit.
